Chronic heart failure (CHF) is a disease with high socio-economic significance. Almost all conditions of the cardiovascular system in their outcome lead to the development of CHF. Heart failure is a syndrome caused by a violation of the heart’s pumping function, which leads to a change in the dynamics of blood, neurohormonal systems, and does not provide the metabolic needs of tissues (Inamdar & Inamdar, 2016). Many patients are not recommended to travel with this disease. Many are still at risk, and it is necessary to conduct training for CHF patients to prevent accidents. This requires the support of stakeholders, such as cardiology staff and departments. In addition, it is necessary to support researchers in the field of heart diseases and politicians to attract some financial assistance in organizing training.

External stakeholders are potentially susceptible to getting this disease. Furthermore, external stakeholders can include people whose relatives are at risk of getting heart failure. Moreover, external stakeholders are family members of people who have CHF and their friends (Woods et al., 2019). That is, external stakeholders can include those groups of people who are interested in learning techniques that will help avoid exacerbation of CHF.

The support of internal and external stakeholders is equally necessary. This is since external stakeholders are the main ones. Based on their interest, internal stakeholders will take various measures to facilitate the implementation of the proposals. Internal stakeholders will contribute to the development of this proposal, contribute to the effective action, and improve recommendations made by external stakeholders. Thus, it turns out that the support of both stakeholders is extremely important for the implementation of the proposal for training patients with CHF.

To ensure the support of both stakeholders, it is necessary first to contact the cardiology departments to get information about patients with CHF. Based on the data obtained, it is required to compile a statistical database and submit it to local self-government bodies. In addition, it is necessary to draw up in writing and provide them with the proposal for the training of patients and their relatives. Besides, it is needed to contact patients with CHF, clarify their condition and offer them to undergo the proposed training.
