Ordinary people address local hospitals for professional help as one of the most common solutions to protect their health. Still, nurses need care and support to deal with the outcomes of COVID-19. Promoting MSC strategies enhances nurses’ understanding of successful practice, including self-compassion, stress resilience, and flexibility.

In addition to defining the major concepts and tasks, formal and informal ideas about meditation allowed for dealing with difficult emotions and challenging relationships. Finally, the article proves that such attitudes as kindness, trust, care, and respect never disappear from nursing practice, even under the devastating impact of the pandemic. When nurses learn to maintain self-compassion, they will enjoy the offered environment and participation in each care process. As a future nurse, I want to apply this knowledge to my future practice because most of the steps are simple and clear, and their results are impressive and promising.

In general, the chosen article shows how regular engagement in MSC training contributes to nurses’ well-being and resilience to stressors and burnout. One self-compassion course that included meditation, cooperation, and communication, demonstrated an increased number of satisfied participants and their readiness to continue education. Future nursing practitioners should use Biber’s ideas to improve their mental health, manage stress, and focus on compassionate care for their patients. The outcomes of emotional and physical exhaustion due to the pandemic are hard to predict, and the offered strategies entail healthy coping and mutual support despite the inevitability of limited resources and organizational challenges.
